Decades of experience in manufacturing products for Pole Line Hardware and Electrical Grounding.
Novel Energy Distribution Systems was formed as a partnership between TNE International, LLC and six manufacturers, each with specific expertise in Pole Line Hardware and Electrical Grounding Hardware for the US and Canadian markets. The company was created to offer products to these industries, leveraging the cost advantages of Indian and other manufacturing regions while maintaining the convenience and simplicity of domestic supply.
We offer our own catalog of Pole Line Hardware products, including Connectors, Brackets, Fasteners, Clamps, Clevises, and many other components used throughout Power Transmission and Residential and Industrial Electrical Grounding Markets.
Many of these products require proprietary processes to maintain torque, durability, conductivity, and corrosion resistance outlined by ANSI C 119.4 and CSA C83. Each manufacturer specializes in different areas of manufacturing such as foundry, forging, stamping, machining, and assembly. They have honed their expertise in the components for these industries and understand their unique needs.
Quality and Supply Chain Management
Our factories are ISO9001-registered and strictly adhere to ANSI, CSA, UL, and ISO requirements. Our Supply Chain and Logistics structures are designed to optimize for the most cost-effective and flexible management of logistics and customs clearance.
Product is offered FOB Port of Export or with all logistics, customs, and brokerage managed by Novel Energy (i.e. DDP Port of Import) and included in the part price. We offer US warehousing in Charleston, SC, Memphis, TN, and/or El Paso, TX, including JIT.
Our El Paso warehouse allows for seamless and duty-free transfer into Mexico IMMEX programs.
